A selection of workout routines developed by friends and Marines.

Here I plan to keep logs of various workouts that my friends and fellow Marines develop over the course of their time trying to improve themselves. They will be broken up into two basic groups, and offered as .pdf files.

The first group is Schedules. These are plans that span a long time frame, from a month to several months, with a specific type of goal in mind. Those goals can range from time improvements in long distance running, or strength training.

The Second group is Blocks. These are single exercises that you can choose to implement into your routine or try for fun. An example of a Block is Dead Lifts or Leg Presses. They are called blocks simply because they would occupy one block in any given schedule (on a spreadsheet, for example).
Schedules:

The Andrew Workout
A basic, all-round strength training schedule. 1 Month long.

The Dave Workout
An Intermediate-Difficult 3-Mile training schedule. 1 Month long. Supervision advised.

The Paul Workout
A comprehensive and intense workout targeting all areas of the body. Week by week schedule. Knowledge of proper technique recommended.
Blocks

At the moment, we are figuring out how to appropriately provide you with Block ideas. This might turn into a video section. We shall see.
